TERMS & CONDITIONS Reservations After receiving your request for a reservation, we will confirm the villa availability to you by e-mail and provide details on how to proceed with payment of the deposit. You should confirm your acceptance of this offer by e-mail or fax. Deposit & Final Payment A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we are in receipt of cleared payment. The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately if booking within 6 weeks of arrival. We will contact you once to request the final payment; if the balance is then not received on the date due, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and allocate the dates to alternative guests. If this occurs, your deposit will not be refunded. A final confirmation pack will be provided upon receipt of the final balance, including additional villa information and directions to the property. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required to cover damage or breakages. Cancellation By Client WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS CANCELLATIONS. If you need to cancel your reservation after you have paid the full amount, we will make the dates available again and if we manage to re-sell the dates we will refund 60% of the total cost to you. Cancellations prior to 6 weeks of arrival will be subject the loss of deposit only. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING EITHER BY E-MAIL OR FAX. Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if faced with 'Force Majeure' (ie unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control) the consequences of which could not be avoided. These include but are not limited to, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or the threat of any of these. If we make such a cancellation, we will do our best to offer comparable alternative arrangements or a refund of all monies paid in respect of the reservation. It sometimes, if rarely, occurs that other situations arise, equally beyond our control; these include but are not limited to, failure of equipment, loss of water supply, electricity or access etc. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time period, then we will offer alternative comparable or better arrangements. This applies only in the case of problems with an individual property and does not apply for instance to an area wide loss of electrical or water supply. Travel Documents & Transportation You are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all necessary travel documents and that they are valid for the date of travel. You are responsible for you own transportation to and from the villa and any disruption to these travel arrangements is not the responsibility of the villa owner. Security It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport, travel documents and money is put in a safe place in the property; that all doors and windows are secured when away from the property and when you vacate the property. Complaints If you have a complaint or serious problem during your stay, you must inform us immediately using the telephone number(s) provided, we will then endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. |
